Cureの過小評価された歌

いつもCureの音楽は大変よく日本に似てるね。子供の頃から、いつも聞く音楽はCure.なぜかあの音楽が日本みたい。これは5過小評価された歌。

    This song is fucking perfect.
    This was a B-Side to High. March 16, 1992
  2. A Chain of Flowers
    This could have very easily been #1. The saddest song I have ever heard.
    This was a B-Side to Just Like Heaven. October 5th, 1987
  3. All I Want (Studio Demo 1986)
    So much better than the album version. So much atmosphere.
  4. Purple Haze
    A cover of the classic Hendrix track. This is excellent.
  5. Another Journey By Train
    Originally the B-side to Seventeen Second's hit, A Forest. Driving rhythm section make this a memorable instrumental.

In Japanese,  乾燥 is actually a verb that uses する. If you put it into its past tense, you can use it as an adjective: 乾燥した砂漠 (かんそうしたさばく） 湿った森 (しめったもり）　- damp or wet forest 嵐の前の静けさだった (arashi no mae no shizukesadatta) "it was the calm before the storm" 遠方に... Causative Sentences (元気第２２課)

Today, I'm going to practice causative sentences from chapter 22 of Genki 2. These are used to describe situations where someone lets another group or person do something, or where someone makes someone do something. Contrast this with passive forms, which tend to describe something that happens to someone. Let's learn YET ANOTHER conjugation. This is extremely similar to the passive form, except: instead of ーられう　it's ーさせる ーあれる　　is ーあせる くる　ー＞　こさせる する　ー＞　させ る The teacher made the students read the textbook 先生は学生に教科書を読ませた。 as the book mentions, if one of the helping verbs てあげる、てもらう、てくれる is used with a causative verb, it means the sentences has a connotation of "letting" someone do something. Adjective + する

This pattern is useful for describing a change in something. To say that it has become cold, you can say: 寒くになりました similarly, become good at something is: 上手になる You can also combine with する　instead of なる, in order to say "to make" For instance: 冷たくする -> to make something colder コーヒーを冷たくする - make the coffee colder 簡単にする -> make something simpler/easier 数学を簡単にして下さい -> please make mathematics easier! (to understand) How would you say, "Please make the next exam easier, because the last one was too difficult" 前回の試験は難しすぎたから、次の試験を簡単にしてください or この間の試験は難しすぎたので、次の試験はやさしくしてください I made the room clean 部屋をきれいにした I want to make my hair look like Daniel Craig's 髪をDaniel Craigみたいにしたい make it quiet 静かにしてください All in all, it's a pretty simple and useful grammar to know.
